All orders are shipped within 1 business day (except for club orders which are shipped in the first week of the following month of order). We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

We use Australia Post as our main courier partner, however, may use other delivery partners from time to time. Average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch (orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed) are below:
- Sydney / ACT : 2 – 3 business days
- NSW other than Sydney: 3 – 4 business days
- Melbourne: 3 – 4 business days
- VIC other than Melbourne: 3 – 4 business days
- South East QLD: 3 – 4 business days
- QLD other than South East: 3 – 5 business days
- Adelaide: 3 – 4 business days
- SA other than Adelaide: 4 – 5 business days
- Perth: 5 – 7 business days
- WA other than Perth: 6 – 8 business days
- NT: 6 – 8 business days
- Tasmania: 6 – 8 business days
Proof of Age Verification
As a part of our commitment to the responsible service of alcohol, we enforce the checking of proof of age identification. We take the responsible service of alcohol very seriously and want to make absolutely sure that we only sell alcohol to people of the proper legal age (18+). To be on the safe side I.D. is required if you look under 25. Please don’t take offence if we ask you for I.D. Think of it more as a compliment because you look under 25.
We are proud to offer flat rate shipping Australia wide at $9.99 per case (NSW/ACT) and $14.99 per case (all other states). A case is predominantly determined by the weight of goods ordered, but can also be determined by the size of the goods regardless of weight (e.g. glassware). As a guideline, a case could be made up of the following types of goods:
- 24 x 330ml bottles; or
- 12 x 500ml bottles; or
- 10 x 750ml bottles; or
- 2 x 6 pack of beer glasses; or
- 1 x large hamper; or
- mix of 330ml, 500ml and 750ml bottles of beer
The above are examples only. Final freight costs are automatically during the online checkout process. Pricing listed above is per complete case or part thereof. Pricing for beer club memberships are included as part of the listed price and vary depending on specified delivery address.
Please note, we do not currently ship outside of Australia. International purchasers must list a valid Australian address.
If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details under the text field “company”.
All parcels can be tracked and by default we request they be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. However, we do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc. If you chose to indicate delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.
If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature a notice will be placed in your post box and the parcel will be available for pick up at the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.
Should a re-delivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery address provided, parcel refusal by the recipient or the parcel not having been picked from the local Post Office a redelivery fee will be charged as well as a $10 processing and transaction fee.
Orders are disptached once processed. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific day.
Refund and Returns
We are so sure that any product sold by The Abermain Hotel Online Store will meet or exceed your expectations that we guarantee the products we sell. Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the items for a full refund. The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender. If the items you are returning are beers please return all bottles, including empties. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and if the items are not beers they must be in an unused and saleable condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of The Abermain Hotel Online Store.
